About Pilot Yard
A trailer yard run on software that tells the truth — live availability, honest bracket pricing, and every unit inspected before it leaves.
Why Rent From Us
Live availability, always accurate
Every open date comes straight from the yard's live reservations — the trailer you're quoted is the trailer you get. No double bookings, ever.
Inspected every time
Every trailer is photographed and checked at pickup and again at return, so its condition is never a matter of opinion.
Straightforward pricing
Daily, weekly and monthly rates. Take a full week or month and you get that rate.
Maintained on schedule
Servicing is tracked per unit, and a trailer in the shop or waiting on a repair comes off the calendar rather than out to a customer.
Clear paperwork
A signed agreement with the terms in plain language, and a copy of exactly what you accepted.
Deposit handled properly
Held, not spent — returned in full unless there is damage, and itemized if there is.
Ready when you are
Pick a trailer from the fleet and reserve it online, or tell us what you need.
