Before You Tow
The things worth knowing before you book, in one place — so nothing on the day is a surprise.
Checked before it leaves
Every unit is inspected against a written checklist at pick-up and again on return, with photographs. A unit that fails a safety item cannot be booked until it is fixed and inspected again.
The deposit is a hold, not a charge
Taken at pick-up. Once the unit is returned it will be inspected for damages or cleanliness before releasing the deposit.
You are charged the cheaper rate
Daily, weekly and monthly rates are all published. If a week costs less than seven days, you pay for the week — the site works it out and shows the total before you confirm.
What to bring
A valid driver's license, in person, in the name on the booking. Bring a tow vehicle and hitch rated for the unit. Making sure the pairing is safe and legal is the renter's responsibility, so check your vehicle's rating before you book.
The full rental agreement is published — worth a read before you book rather than for the first time at the counter.
